The Premium Technical Support Package is ideal for those clients who require more frequent updates and technical support calls. For a $100 a month retainer fee (payable six months at a time), Premium Technical Support Package customers get Priority Scheduling and save on the “per hour” rates (billed in 15-minute increments). With just two service calls in one month, the Premium Technical Support Package pays for itself!
Terms:
- $100/hour rate for basic html updates and modifications.
- $150/hour rate for multi-media, flash, video, and interactive scripts.

| Standard Technical Support Package |

Our Standard Technical Support Package was created for customers who require less-frequent technical support and who have fewer time-sensitive changes and updates to be made. There’s no Priority Scheduling available with this package, but you still get our expert technical support as quickly as possible. There’s no monthly retainer fee with this package. Hourly rates are billed in 15-minute increments.
Terms:
- $150/hour rate for basic html updates and modifications.
- $200/hour rate for multi-media, flash, video, and interactive scripts.
