Does Your Business Website Work as Hard as You Do?

As a consumer yourself what’s the first thing you do when you’re thinking about a product? First thing that comes to mind is you “Google” it. Your customers are doing the same thing for your products.

Consumers tend to go through 3 stages when getting ready to purchase a product:

  1. Identify a need: There is a problem or desire they need to fulfill which leads them to look for a solution.
  2. Research: Before making a purchase, the consumer researches the best way to solve the problem at hand.
  3. Decision: Using their research they choose the product or service they believe will best solve the problem.

What does this have to do your website? The answer is simple…Everything.
